How does it work?

Once you’ve found a coach you feel comfortable with, you will agree on a session plan and commit to the process.

Coaching will not work unless you are fully committed, prepared to take responsibility, and ready to thrive and flourish. It may feel scary and uncomfortable at first, but the outcome will far exceed your expectations.

Coaching is a highly intense and focussed conversation. You will come to your session ready to explore your issue, and your coach will guide you to assess your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, behaviour and attitudes.

Your coach will ask you questions and listen to you with rapt concentration as you answer. This process uncovers information about yourself that you may have been carrying around for years, but were unaware of. You will have ‘ah ha’ moments of incredible clarity around issues that were previously impenetrable. Sometimes your coach will make a suggestion or share an idea with you.

How does coaching work?
